I have 22 years of experience with healing modalities and massage therapy. I am a 2015 graduate of The Ashland Institute of Massage in Oregon.  I have specialized training in Reiki, Thai-yoga massage, Shiatsu, Pre- and Post-natal massage, advanced Herbal medicine, and Plant-spirit medicine.  I also have advanced training as an Arvigo Mayan Abdominal Therapy professional, as an Arvigo Mayan Abdominal conception challenges, prenatal, pregnancy, and postpartum provider, and as an Arvigo professional care Level 3 provider. *Note: The Arvigo Institute is under new ownership and they are now called Tul'ix Indigenous Arts.
